Chelsea keep an eye on Cristiano Ronaldo’s hyped-up move to Juventus

Transfer Rumours Ch
Chelsea could apparently play an essential role in Cristiano Ronaldo’s proposed move to Juventus, as they’re said to be looking towards a twofold assault on the Turin clubs players.
The Blues had mixed efforts last season, finishing outside of the Premier League top four and thus missing out on Champions League football.
Therefore, they’ll maybe be taking a look at fortifications to guarantee that they return to the level of the last battle in which they won the title, and they’ve been linked with a move for two Juventus stars.
As indicated by TuttoMercatoWeb, Chelsea will dispatch a €100m+ twofold offer for Gonzalo Higuain and Daniele Rugani after Maurizio Sarri is appointed as Antonio Conte’s successor, while the impact of that conceivable swoop is giving Juventus the assets to entertain the possibility of the transfer of Ronaldo from Real Madrid.
As mentioned by new online casino and Calciomercato, theory keeps on proposing that the Portuguese hotshot is on the brink of a stunning exit from Los Blancos to move to Italy, and Juve apparently have the funding in place for the move.
From a Chelsea viewpoint, however, their hyped-up contract could be vital as they’d support their alternatives at either end of the pitch to give them extra quality in defence and up front.
Higuain has scored 146 goals in 251 games in the course of the last five seasons with Napoli and Juventus, proving himself to be one of the best marksmen in Europe. Given Chelsea’s issues, last season saw them score only 62 goals in 38 league games which was the lowest count of all the main six sides, a clinical edge up front is required.
Mr Bet
In the meantime, Rugani is broadly viewed as one of the best youthful defensive players in Italy, as at 23 years old, he’s been tipped to assume a key part for club and nation going forward.
Rugani is a strong possibility for Chelsea but it looks like the transfer is dependant on Sarri becoming the next Manager. Rugani has a well established pedegree, is young and exiciting with huge potential. Securing the services of  Gonzalo Higuain and Daniele Ruganand  would be a huge statement of intent from Chelsea.

Chelsea confirm signing of Eduardo and announce his departure in bizarre double deal

Chelsea confirm signing of Eduardo and announce his departure in bizarre double deal

Chelsea confirm they have re-signed Eduardo until 2020 and announced his departure in a bizarre statement. The Blues have retained the goalkeeper’s services and agreed a deal for the 35-year-old to stay at Stamford Bridge for another two years, but he’ll spend next season loan with Dutch Eredivisie side Vitesse Arnhem – whom Chelsea have a partnership with.
Eduardo was set to leave Chelsea after being named on their released list submitted to the Premier League, but he’s now returned and will hope to get competitive action at Vitesse next season. The Portuguese international initially joined the Blues from Dinamo Zagreb in 2016 but never made a first-team appearance in his two years at Stamford Bridge.
The 35-year-old has led a nomadic career, playing for the likes of Benfica, SC Beira-Mar, Basaksehir, Vitoria Setubal, Genoa, Dinamo and Braga, racking up more than 340 appearances in all competitions. He brings a wealth of experience to the Chelsea side, but his return may be due to the uncertain futures of existing players.

Juventus are so convinced they have won the race to sign Cristiano Ronaldo they have already decided to hand him the No.7 jersey, according to reports in Italy.
The 33-year-old looks set to leave Real Madrid after the club’s president, Florentino Perez, met with Ronaldo’s agent, Jorge Mendes, and sanctioned his sale if their £88million asking price is met.
Juve are already putting together their offer and intend to make Ronaldo the highest-paid player in Italy with a £26.5m-a-season, four-year deal.

And now Sport Mediaset report that talks are so far advanced that the club have already sought Juan Cuadrado’s approval to remove the Colombian of the No.7 shirt and hand it to Ronaldo instead.
The Portuguese superstar has been synonymous with the number throughout his nine years at Real, even creating a ‘CR7’ brand and clothing range.

Gossip: Zaha looks for move, Emery eyes France star

WILF REJECTS PALACE OFFER
That sound you can hear is Tottenham’s ears pricking up. Apparently Wilfried Zaha is looking for a move…
The Sun claims the Palace winger has turned down a new contract worth £125,000 a week and he fancies trying his luck again on a bigger stage.
Palace aren’t going to let their prized asset leave without a fight. Their latest offer comes 15 months after Zaha comitted to a five-year contract on wages of £100,000 a week. They are expected to go back with another offer, but it may be futile.
Zaha has a dilemma. After failing to make the grade at Manchester United, he has obviously developed into a player that would be an asset to most clubs in the big six. But he also knows he has it good at Selhurst Park as the talisman of his boyhood team. The minimum he’s guaranteed in the coming weeks is a pay rise.
Everton are also said to be interested but, let’s be honest, Zaha will have grander plans than Goodison Park. Borussia Dortmund are sniffing too…

EMERY EYES ANOTHER SEVILLA MIDFIELDER
Seemingly having failed to sign one Sevilla midfielder, Unai Emery is going back for another.
Ever Banega has apparently been persuaded to stay in Spain, but Arsenal may have a bit more joy in trying to lure Steven N’Zonzi. Sky Sports claims the Gunners are extremely interested in the France international, while The Sun claims the former Stoke star has told Sevilla he wants to return to England.
With a deal for Sampdoria screener Lucas Torreira set to gather pace now Uruguay have been dumped out of the World Cup by N’Zonzi’s France, there appears to be a real prospect that Arsenal could finally have a midfield that won’t fall in like a undercooked flan at the first sign of danger.

BARCA TO TELL EVERTON TARGET TO PACO HIS BAGS
Everton’s search for a functioning forward has apparently taken them to Barcelona. While enquiring over centre-back Yerry Mina, according to Sport, the Toffees also asked about Paco Alcacer and they weren’t told ‘no’.
In fact, Barca want rid of the striker. They are due to meet the 24-year-old’s representatives this week when custard pies will be served.
Alacacer joined Barca from Valencia for €30million two years ago and the Catalans are keen to recoup as much of that investment as possible.

AND THE REST
Real Madrid want Cristiano Ronaldo to tell the club’s fans he was not forced out if he moves to Juventus…Manchester United enquired about signing Ronaldo but were told there had been significant progress in talks about him moving to Juventus…PSG are willing to pay more than £100m for Chelsea and France midfielder N’Golo Kante…West Ham would be open to Dimitri Payet returning from Marseille if he lowers his wage demands…Jack Wilshere has started a medical at West Ham ahead of a three-year deal and a package worth £5m…Southampton’s Jordy Clasie looks set to return to former club Feyenoord…Saint-Etienne have upped their offer for Sunderland outcast Wahbi Khazri…Fulham and Palace want Yann M’Vila from Saint-Etienne.

Wolves should continue ambitious rebuild by hijacking potential Tottenham transfer – Opinion

According to the Birmingham Mail, Spurs are interested in bringing Jack Grealish back to the Premier League if they can agree a deal with Aston Villa.
Grealish is just coming off the back of a fantastic season in the Championship in which he inspired Villa all the way to a play-off final, where their progress was finally halted by Fulham.
It is thought that Grealish, a boyhood Villa fan, would happily remain where he is, but the club’s dire financial circumstances could force them to sell their most bankable star.

The Breakdown

Villa’s asking price seems to be somewhere around the £30 million mark.
As talented as the 22-year-old is, he is yet to impress consistently at Premier League level despite having spent 2 years playing fairly regularly in the top flight already, and he would be far from a guaranteed starter at White Hart Lane. Grealish is valued at £4.5 million by Transfermarkt, a long way from Villa’s own valuation of the midfielder.
This disparity in valuations could lead to an impasse that kills the deal with Spurs, allowing a chance for any other interested parties to pounce.
Wolves should take this chance to try and establish a middle ground fee in the region of £15 million.
A deal of that scale would be similar to that which they’ve offered for Manchester City’s Aleksandr Zinchenko (Manchester Evening News), but they’d arguably be getting a far more exciting talent in the Englishman if they opted for him over the Ukrainian.
Grealish may be hesitant to move to a Villa rival, but the lure of Premier League football could sway him.
He would also get more game time at the Molineux than he could reasonably expect at Spurs. At this stage in his career, Grealish should be focussed on getting as many minutes as he can at the highest level he can reach.

‘The new Chelsea’ – A lot of Leeds fans shocked as yet another player is loaned

The Leeds fans in the Transfer Tavern have been left reeling today as the news has broken that yet another youngster has been loaned, this time the highly rated defender, Paudie O’Connor. The news was broken on the Leeds website and the fans are all having their say.
The Irish defender came to Elland Road in 2017 and was made the captain of the club’s U23s when he arrived. The 20-year-old signed a two-year extension last week but he will now be continuing his development at Bloomfield Road in League One with Blackpool. The fans will be expecting a new centre-back is signed now though, with a whole host of defenders leaving on-loan this summer.
The club has now loaned both Tyler Denton and O’Connor, two promising defenders who could have staked a claim for a starting birth in the senior squad, however, they’ll both be forced to continue to develop out on-loan in the lower leagues. When the fans fill Elland Road come the start of the season it will be interesting to see how Marcelo Bielsa sets up with an obvious lack of central-defenders proving to be a real issue at the moment

Time’s running out: Chelsea have just days to seal transfer of Ligue 1 star for bargain £35M

Chelsea only have until the 15th of July to snap up Ivory Coast and Nice midfielder Jean-Michel Seri for a bargain £35M.
This is according to the Daily Mirror, who state that the Blues have been linked with a move for the player and only have nine days left to snap up Seri for the aforementioned price, and that after those nine days have passed, the French side will be able to ask whatever they want for the Ivorian.

The news outlet are also stating that, as re-reported from the Express, that the player’s agent confirmed that the 15th of July would be the last time any club are able to activate Seri’s release clause, so it seems as if time is definitely running out if the Blues want to snap up a great deal for one of the French’s league’s best midfield talents.
jean seri
Time isn’t on Chelsea’s side in the race to land a great deal for Seri this summer
Signing Seri for £35M would indeed prove to be an absolute bargain, as the Ivorian international has shown time and time again for Nice just how good he can be.
His ability to dictate the tempo of a game and fantastic ability to keep calm under pressure has seen him labelled by a few as one of the best midfielders in France, and rightly so.
The former Pacos De Ferreira star has managed to clock up a total of 12 goals and 26 assists in 123 appearances for Nice, a record that has certainly grabbed the attentions of fans far and wide.
Considering just what Seri can do and how big of a difference he can make to a game, he could be just the player Chelsea need to partner N’Golo Kante in the centre of the park and form a formidable partnership in midfield for the Blues next season. Better get to work, lads…

And the former Reds coach has also urged Jurgen Klopp to secure a top goalkeeper before the window shuts.
A transfer for Lyon playmaker Fekir fell through at the final hurdle over concerns with his medical and knee injury history.
Despite the move falling through before the World Cup began, Liverpool could reopen talks after the tournament, having initially had a £53m agreement in place.
France are through to the semi-finals but negotiations with Lyon may well take place again once Fekir returns.
Elsewhere, a new No.1 remains on Klopp’s agenda if he can get a top-class keeper for good value.

And the most likely club would be Premier League rivals .
He told Starsport exclusively: "They certainly don't need to sell him – they're well within their limits of FFP and have plenty of cash in the bank.
"But they may be looking to recoup the money they spent on Lukaku.
"Lingard is in a premium position – so United would be looking for at least £80m from his sale.

‘Great signing’ – Most Tottenham fans are really keen to get this flamboyant creator signed

The Tottenham fans in the Transfer Tavern have been looking over their potential transfer options this summer and with Jack Grealish looking very close to signing, the fans seem delighted. Grealish offers flair and end-product from midfield and will easily slot in at N17.
Mauricio Pochettino has a superb track record of improving young starlets and Jack Grealish will be no different. The 22-year-old attacking midfielder is one of the best players in the Championship and after spending last season under the management of Steve Bruce and with John Terry as a role model working alongside him it was easy for the Birmingham born livewire to shine at Villa Park.
As things stand, the Villa man looks to be Pochettino’s first summer signing and will hopefully be announced soon as far as the Tottenham fans are concerned. This is one that’s gone well for the Lilywhites. Aston Villa are in financial ruin after failing to secure promotion to the Premier League last season and will be forced to sell their star players at discounted prices, with Grealish being one of those in the firing line owing to his price tag.

Chelsea consider signing Lyon’s Tanguy NdombĂ©lĂ© should PSG meet their £100m asking price for N’Golo Kante
Chelsea are reportedly considering a move for France Under-21 international star Tanguy NdombĂ©lĂ©, according to Goal.
The Premier League side, who are yet to sign any players during this summer’s transfer window, have been linked with luring the highly rated Lyon midfielder to Stamford Bridge, should they lose France international N’Golo Kante.
The 21-year-old, who has featured nine times for France’s Under-21 side, scored one goal and provided eight assists in 47 appearances in all competitions for the Ligue 1 outfit last season.
Ndombélé, who began his senior career with fellow French side Amiens, only joined Lyon last August on an initial one-year loan deal, which included the option to buy the player permanently.

The report claims The Blues could make a move for the central midfielder should the club lose the services of Kante, 27, this summer to Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain.
Chelsea are holding out for a whopping £100m from PSG for the signature of the ex-Leicester City title winner, and have identified Lyon’s NdombĂ©lĂ© as his potential replacement, should a mega money transfer materialise.

Tottenham must move now to secure transfer target Wilfried Zaha, as the winger has declined a lucrative new contract at Premier League Crystal Palace worth £120,000-per-week, according to the Sun.
The English newspaper reports on their website that the electric winger is wanted by Tottenham, but will face competition from Everton and Borussia Dortmund to sign him.
Zaha, 25, signed a five-year deal 15 months ago thought to be worth £100,000-per-week, yet now Roy Hodgson’s outfit are so desperate to hold onto him they are willing to increase his wages by £20,000-per-week.
It is understood that the dazzling attacker, who is known for his mesmeric ball skills, declined the new contract due to his desire to test his hand at a ‘big club’ again, after seeing his first attempt end it tatters at Manchester United, and the time is now for Spurs to mount a serious challenge to sign the forward.
Palace has slapped a jaw-dropping £70million price-tag on the forward’s head, in an attempt to scare off any potential buyers, but this must not intimidate Daniel Levy.
Primary competition Everton are unlikely to be able to afford that massive sum, whereas Tottenham would be able to find the funds.
Pochettino must take advantage of Zaha’s precarious situation, and attempt to lure the tricky winger into forcing a move through at Selhurst Park.
Daniel Levy, being Daniel Levy, would more than likely be able to negotiate a cheaper deal for the former Manchester United star, and he absolutely must act now where the freshness of the contract decline could be a major factor.

Liverpool prepared to launch move to sign €125,000-a-week star

Liverpool need to add more quality and depth in their attacking department and reports suggest that they are seriously interested in signing a top quality playmaker in the form of Paulo Dybala.
According to an exclusive report covered by Tutto Mercato Web, the Merseysiders are attempting to sign the Argentine international, who is one of the key stars in the Juventus squad.
The Italian source have mentioned that Liverpool are strongly focused on capturing the 24-year-old playmaker and they are prepared to come up with a strong offer.
It is further stated that the people close to the former Palermo man could also be willing to facilitate a negotiation with the five time European champions.

In all fairness, Dybala is one of the best playmakers in the world, who is at the peak of his game and has the potential to win the Ballon d’Or. He will be a world class signing for the Reds if Klopp can somehow lure him.
Last season, the La Albiceleste player featured in 46 games in all competitions for the Italian giants and directly contributed in 33 goals (26 goals and 7 assists).
As far as the World Cup is concerned, Dybala was mainly a bench warmer in Russia under the management of Jorge Sampoli. He could not even start a single game and played for just 22 minutes against Croatia in the second group game.
The South American attacker’s current deal with Serie A champions will expire in 2022 and he earns (The Mail) £110,000-a-week (€125,000-a-week).

Manchester United target Toby Alderweireld all-for Daley Blind’s Ajax return

Manchester United target Toby Alderweireld all-for Daley Blind’s Ajax return

Manchester United transfer target Toby Alderweireld has approved of Daley Blind‘s rumoured return to Dutch Eredivisie side Ajax.
There is expected to be an exodus at Man United following the completion of the World Cup in Russia, and Blind is amongst those with uncertain futures at Old Trafford.
Matteo Darmian, Luke Shaw, Juan Mata and Anthony Martial are said to be at the most risk of departing ahead of the 2018-19 campaign.
Tottenham Hotspur defender Alderweireld was asked about his long-term friend’s future whilst representing Belgium at the summer tournament, and told De Telegraaf: “Daley is a great guy. We did not just play together, but also went to school together.
“He is a proper Amsterdammer. It is nice for both parties involved that he has said he would be open to a return – if it happens.”
Both Alderweireld and Blind broke into the Ajax first team during the 2008-09 season and remained at the 33-time title winners together for a further four years before the former signed for Atletico Madrid.
Blind was signed by Dutch boss Louis van Gaal at United a year later, but has fallen down in Jose Mourinho’s estimations and was limited to just seven Premier League appearances last season.
Whilst Blind could be on his way out, Alderweireld is thought to be one of Mourinho’s top centre-back targets this summer and could arrive at United before the new campaign kicks off.

Southampton Ready To Latch Onto The Opportunity To Bring In In Demand Juventus Ace: Their Best Bet?

Southampton Ready To Latch Onto The Opportunity To Bring In In Demand Juventus Ace: Their Best Bet?

Southampton could be on to something special if they are to snatch up Stefano Sturaro from Juventus, who is currently on their radar, as per reports. Versatile and hard-working, Sturaro would only add strength to a midfield which already boasts the likes of Oriol Romeu, James Ward-Prowse and the Saints captain, Steven Davis.
Hard working, quick and technically gifted, the young Italian is capable of playing anywhere in midfield. He is not afraid to put in a tackle if and when required and his overall gameplay shows that he would fit in well within the Southampton ranks. His physicality would benefit Southampton to a great extent.
Since signing for Juventus in 2014, Sturaro has gone on to make 64 appearances for the Bianconeri, scoring 2 goals. Juventus already have a midfield packed with big names. Breaking into a starting 11 which already contain the likes of Pajnic, Khedira, Matuidi and Marchisio might be a step too soon for Sturaro.
Newcomer Emre Can would further push Sturaro’s name down the pecking order within the Juventus camp. It is understandable that Sturaro’s lack of game time has prevented the young Italian from gaining the exposure required in order for him to personally develop into a player who can challenge for a place within the starting 11.

The South Coast club had a rough campaign last term, as they slumped to a 17th place finish, three points clear of the relegation zone. Conceding 56 goals during a single Premier League campaign is not ideal. Changes need to be made sooner rather than later if they are to avoid the embarrassment of bidding farewell to the top flight and slumping into the EFL Championship.
The Saints should look to make good use of the upcoming transfer window. New reinforcements in their back-line is a priority. The capture of forward Mohamed Elyounoussi from Basel F.C on a five-year deal is already a step in the right direction for the club. He would provide Mark Hughes’ men with a new dimension in the opposition half. Hughes along with the Southampton board must act fast to land Sturaro if they are to prevent themselves from getting involved in the relegation scrap at the end of the 2018 season.
The Welsh manager is well aware that his squad is capable of putting in better shifts, but if morale and performances are below par, then there can be no saving Southampton from the dreaded drop.

According to a report from Sky Sports, Arsenal are in talks to sign Sevilla midfielder Steven N'Zonzi, as Unai Emery looks to add more of a physical presence to his midfield options at the Emirates.
The France international joined Sevilla from Stoke City in the summer of 2015, for a fee believed to be worth in the region of £7 million, and he has since gone on to establish himself as one of the continent's best midfield destroyers.
He has made 136 appearances for the La Liga side, and has a Europa League winner's medal to show for his time in Seville.
N'Zonzi plays with a certain kind of aggression and tenacity that Arsenal have desperately lacked in recent years, and if he does complete a move to the Emirates, he will surely help them improve upon the rigidity of their setup.
Standing at 6ft 5in tall, the former Blackburn Rovers and Stoke midfielder would also prove to be a huge asset to the Gunners from both defensive and offensive set-pieces.
Steven N'Zonzi of Sevilla FC looks on during the UEFA Champions League match between Sevilla FC and NK Maribor at Estadio Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan on September 26, 2017 in Seville, Spain.
Sky Sports don't mention a fee in their report, but the 29-year-old is rumoured to have a £35 million buy-out clause inserted into his current contract with Sevilla, according to the Sun.
If Arsenal do end up signing N'Zonzi, he will surely prove to be a wonderful acquisition for Unai Emery's side.

PSG show interest in Bayern Munich defender Jerome Boateng

PSG show interest in Bayern Munich defender Jerome Boateng

Ligue 1 Champions Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly pondering a move for Bayern Munich defender Jerome Boateng.

The futures of some senior players at Bayern Munich are uncertain. Jerome Boateng is tipped to leave the club, as Bayern are supposedly ready to listen offers for him. The German has even spoken eagerly about a move abroad in the past few months.
According to Paris United, Boateng has emerged as a transfer target for Paris Saint-Germain. This report suggests that the Ligue 1 champions have already presented a lucrative contract to the player. Thomas Tuchel is reportedly eager to sign Boateng in order to use a three man defense next season.
Paris United has been fairly reliable about transfer news related to Paris Saint-Germain in the past. Contrary to this report, however, many German reports believe there has been no concrete interest in Boateng shown by any club. It is highly possible that Boateng ends up staying with the German Champions.
Karl-Heinz Rummenigge admitted last month that Bayern will entertain big offers for Boateng. Since then, Boateng has endured a terrible World Cup campaign with Germany.
The defending World champions were knocked out in the group stage. Boateng was Germany’s worst performer in defense and was suspended for the final group game against South Korea thanks to a silly red card he picked up against Sweden.
Boateng’s current contract with Bayern Munich expires in 2021. The former Manchester City defender turns 30 next season. This is probably the last chance for the club to cash in for Boateng. He has been struggling with injuries and form in the past two years. A change of scenery would perhaps help Boateng get back to his best. But his poor performances in Russia have hardly helped Bayern’s cause of getting a big fee.
Niklas Sule enjoyed an excellent debut season at Bayern Munich. The 22-year-old defender got ample amount of gametime, and he grabbed his opportunities with both hands. Sule is eventually expected to replace Boateng in the starting lineup. If Niko Kovac is planning to use a three-man defense, then all three German center-backs will be very important next season.
Bayern are also reportedly interested in signing Benjamin Pavard in 2019. This transfer indicates that Bayern are planning for life without Boateng. It remains to be seen whether he leaves this year or next summer. Boateng has been a pivotal player for Bayern Munich for the better part of this past decade. The time has arrived that they end this association, though, as that would be the best solution for all parties.

Chelsea agree €73m fee for Roma’s Alisson

Chelsea and Roma have reportedly agreed a fee in the region of €73 million for Alisson.
According to reports from Centro Suono Sport, the Blues have agreed to meet Roma’s asking price for the player.
The fee is said to be €65 million up front with a further €8 million in bonuses.
The player has already accepted a €5.5m contract offer from the club, as he prepares to replace Thibaut Courtois at Stamford Bridge.

Real Madrid and Liverpool have both been heavily linked with a move for Alisson, who enjoyed a standout season for Roma last time out.
Some reports have suggested Spain would be his preferred destination, but Chelsea appear to have stolen the march on their rivals in the transfer market.
Chelsea are looking for a replacement for Courtois, who is once again talking up a summer move to Spain.
Courtois is keen to return to Spain to be closer to his children, with Real Madrid or Atletico Madrid the likely contenders to sign the Belgian international.
