According to Sky Sports, Manchester United will complete a deal with Shakhtar Donetsk for Fred in the next seven days. The Red Devils previously announced on their club website that they had agreed a deal for the Brazilian midfielder and that a further announcement will be made soon, but his work permit application is still being processed and should be confirmed in the coming days.
United’s impending signing will play for Brazil at the 2018 World Cup this summer but is carrying an ankle injury.
